Variegated pittosporum has a very unique look and comes in both solid green and a variegated green as shown below.
The stalk is rather thick and bulky. I like to cut it into sections to scatter in among the other greens.
Spread apart the leaves and find where a lateral branches off from the main stem.
Give a sharp clean cut with a knife at an angle so it pierces the wet foam easily.
It doesn't take much pittosporum to add a unique look.
