Wedding boutonnieres are pure romance with these watermelon pink callas. To create this look, you will need the following flowers, fresh greenery and hard goods:
Florist design always begins with proper flower processing when the wholesale flowers arrive. Using the recommended products will ensure the longest life and keep those flowers fresh through the wedding day. Store the calla in water treated with Crystal Clear Flower Food, taking care that only a couple inches of water is what the flowers stand in. Too much water that covers the entire stems can cause callas to be invaded with bacteria and the stems go soft and slimy.
Once you've created your boutonniere, mist well with a flower sealant such as Finishing Touch or Crowning Glory. Allow to dry and store in your home refrigerator.
