Wedding boutonnieres made of soft green carnations and wrapped with leaves make a perfect buttonhole for the men of your wedding party. To create a similar look, you'll need the following fresh flowers, greenery and hard goods:
Wire the carnation, then back with the myrtle greenery and tape with the green stem wrap. Strip the stem of a green mullet and add it to the front of the corsage. Wrap the stem with the fine green wire over the sheer black ribbon. Over the ribbon, wrap the green beaded wire and loop around and over the carnation.
Mist the finished boutonnieres with flower sealant, allow to dry and store in the refrigerator until needed. If you need a more detailed tutorial, check out the pages beginning the Boutonniere Galleries. There are also quick links to designing tips at the bottom of this page.
