This satin and pew bow will still have a rather deflated look because the loops are still laying flat.
You need to insert your hand into each ribbon and tulle loop and give it a sharp twist.
Don't always twist the loops in the same direction.
Be sure to spread the tulle out to it's full width before giving each one of them a hard twist to the right or left.
As you fluff out these loops, the bow will begin to take on a more rounded appearance. Continue until all the loops have been twisted.
