These green wedding altar decorations are a stunning, monochromatic display of Bells of Ireland, green roses and gladiolus. Create just the large arrangement or the low, or both as lovely compliments to each other.
For the tallest arrangement, you'll need the following:
- 3 - 4 Fitted Bricks Florist Foam
- 1 12" Grecian Urn
- Green Mache
- Waterproof Tape
- 10 stems Green Gladiolus
- 8 stems Bells of Ireland
- 6 stems Green Hydrangea
- 10 Green Roses
- 8 stems Button Mums
- 14 Stems Green Hypericum
- 3 stems Viburnum
- Crystal Clear Flower Food
- Floralock Stem Adhesive
- Finishing Touch or Crowning Glory
Allow the florist foam to float soak in water treated with Crystal Clear Flower Food. Please read the large urn tutorial and see how a smaller container inside a larger is packed in with brown paper, etc. You have to think ahead on how to transport such a tall arrangement. Although this is a smaller urn, use the mache inside the 12" Urn and pack around it with paper once arrived at the ceremony venue.
This smaller design is a lovely compliment to the taller urn. You'll need the following products and flowers:
- 1 Bronzed 6.5" Compote Dish
- 1/2 brick Oasis Fresh Floral Foam
- Waterproof Tape
- 6 stems Green Roses
- 2 stems Green Hydrangeas
- 6 Bells of Ireland
- 2 stems Viburnum
- 2 stems Green Gladiolus
- 5 stems Green Hupericum
- 4 stems Green Button Mums
- Crystal Clear Flower Food
- Floralock Stem Adhesive
- Finishing Touch or Crowning Glory Flower Sealant
Float soak the Oasis foam in water treated with Crystal Clear Flower Food. Stretch the waterproof tape over the saturated foam, securing it on both sides of the compote dish. Once arranged, lock the stems into the foam with Floralock Stem Adhesive. Mist well with Finishing Touch or Crowning Glory.
