Flowers for a Wedding
Stock is a wonderful flower that comes in shades of purple, pink, white and lavender (occasionally pale yellow). It can be sprayed with flower tints to deepen colors.
The heady scent is luscious and the flower quickly fills in open spaces.
The stem is hardier and needs to be cut at a sharp angle at the bottom.
It will not be as long as some of your other flower varieties.
The look is well worth it in the design, however!
Once you have your basic design, go back and fill in with leftover flowers for any open holes, etc.
You can see why this size has to be designed on site - it's very large and would be hard to transport and carry.
