This colorful flower corsage is a combination of roses, hydrangea florets and miniature carnations.  I will warn you, however, that I rarely use hydrangeas in corsage work, as they wilt quickly.  Better would be a flower such as a snapdragon floret, which would hold up better than the flower shown.
