Now I cleanly cut a length of ribbon in order to make an individual loop.
I fold it over, with the "right" side out (if the ribbon does not have two finished sides). In this case, the embossing is on the outer side that is seen.
Again, I use a Cowee pick to wrap tightly around the pleated end of the ribbon loop.
I added a quick wrap of florist tape to be sure no loose or frayed ends of the ribbon shows in the design.
