Once I have made several loops and tails, I begin inserting them into the flower design.
The tails can come out lower to the bottom and lightly brush above the table top as shown.
The wired edges makes this ribbon a dream to work with because I know it will stay in place and is impervious to water damage. Notice I usually place a loop somewhere above each flower tail.

For the ends of the designs (just like the flowers) you may have to give them a little more length.
I tucked this ribbon tail up and under the two sides and let it swoop downward gracefully to the table.
Thus you achieve the "picture perfect" bow . . . that is really no more than loops and tails individually wired on Cowee picks!
