Now I'm adding some light lavender carnations for a little contrast.
I added the first one right down the center, leaving a little height to round out this design.
I'm going to tuck in another one on the opposite side for a little balance in the design.
Can you spot some of the darker purple carnations? These beautiful hybrid carnations are part of the Moon collection. They range from deep dark purple up to the lovely lavender and are available in both standard and spray carnations.
You can see how the carnations quickly filled in this centerpiece! You'll note the soft mounding, but enough staggered heights of flowers to keep it interesting.
Here's a view from the side. You can see the grid formed in the glass bowl and how they are interlocked. Always check and be sure every stem is UNDER the water line and replenish water if needed before the wedding day.
