blue hydrangea wreath
This blue hydrangea wreath is created on an Oasis wreath base. The lovely mass of blue with green highlights creates an amazing look.
To create this wreath, you'll need the following products and flowers,
- 1 Oasis 15" wreath base
- 10 stems blue Hydrangeas
- Crystal Clear Flower Food
- Waterproof Tape
- Wired Ribbon for a Hanger (if the wreath is to be hung)
- Floralock Stem Adhesive
- Finishing Touch or Crowning Glory
Float soak the wreath in water treated with Crystal Clear Flower Food. Wrap the waterproof tape around the wreath approximately 1 1/2" apart. This gives extra support to the foam, keeping it from crumbling with so many flower insertions. Wrap the ribbon around and tie in place as a hanger.
Once the flowers are inserted, lock the stems in with Floralock Stem Adhesive. Mist well with Finishing Touch or Crowning Glory and keep cool and in a dark place until the wedding day.
